Returns and Refunds Policy

At LumiGlow , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a returns policy that details the conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

1. Returns Period

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returning a Product

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging .

Non-returnable products :

  • Perishable products (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards .
  • Downloadable software products .
  • Some health and personal care products.

3. Procedure for Returning a Product

  • To complete your return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase .

4. Items Not Eligible for Full Refund

Partial refunds will only be granted in the following cases:

  • Items such as books with obvious signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition , is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned after 30 days from delivery.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or declined.

  • If approved, we will process your refund and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund within the expected time:

  1. First, check your bank account.
  2. Please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before it is officially reflected.
  3. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time required before the refund appears in your account.

7. Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items .

8. Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged . If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at team.lumiglow@gmail.com and send the item to the following address: Calle Conde de Aranda Duplicado 45, Zaragoza, Z, 50004, Spain .

9. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. We will mail you a gift certificate once we receive the returned item.
  • If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver chose to send the item to you, we will send the refund directly to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

10. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on your location, the processing and delivery time for your exchange product may vary.

Recommendation : If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item if a trackable service is not used.
